Registration Information

Registration Procedures:
- Fill out the entire registration
form.
- For school age campers,
choose the camp according to the school grade the camper will be entering the
fall of 2010.
- Send the registration form and
either $50 registration fee or the full camp fee to:
Camp Tanako, 4301
Highway 290, Hot Springs, AR 71913.
- Make all checks payable to "Camp Tanako".
- Registrations
and full fee amounts must be postmarked by the selected camp's deadline
date to avoid a late fee.
- A late fee of $20 will be charged
to all registrations postmarked after the deadline date.
- There is a returned check
fee of $25.
- Registrations are processed
in the order they are received. Camps are filled on a first come, first
serve basis as registrations are received. A registration form sent by
the deadline date does not guarantee camp availability. The form must include
the registration fee before it can be processed. No substitutions of
campers are allowed
unless cleared by the camp director. No fax, phone, or e-mail
registrations are accepted. Online registration is available at the
bottom of this page (http://www.tanako.org/registration.php).
- Camp Tanako also honors Visa and Mastercard. You can use your
credit card to pay for all or any part of your camper's fees.
- Confirmation of registration, a list of what to bring, a
health form, and details about your camp will be sent two weeks prior to the
start of your camp via e-mail address provided. Health forms will be mailed prior to camper attendance.
Be sure the health form is filled out and signed by a parent/guardian
for anyone under the age of 18. Health forms are available online (see
link below).
Everyone attending camp, including
adults, is required to have a completed health form on file. This form
must be signed by a health care professional.
This must be turned in during registration. Please do not mail
this health form in.
- Written cancellations received
by the deadline date will receive a refund of all but $25 for processing.
After the deadline date, the total registration fee of $50 is non-refundable.
- All campers are expected to
be full-time campers. If a camper chooses to leave before the completion
of the camp, he/she will not
be allowed to return to the camp during the camp session. No refunds
will be given for early departure.
- All campers are expected to
adhere to the Tanako Board of Trustees Operation Policy.
- Tanako reserves the right to cancel any program for which
there are insufficient registrations.
